3 injured in Kennewick collision

— Three people were injured in a two-car crash Monday night in Kennewick, the Washington State Patrol reported.

The collision occurred at 8:30 p.m. on Highway 395 and 10th Avenue in Kennewick.

Devin N. Sater, 18, of Kennewick, was driving a 1983 pickup east on 10th Avenue at 395, the state patrol said. Theresa F. Redfield, 53, of Richland, was driving a Ford Escape west on 10th Avenue at 395.

Sater attempted to turn onto northbound 395 and struck Redfield's car in the intersection, the state patrol said.

The drivers were injured and taken to Trios Health in Kennewick, along with a 17-year-old passenger in Sater's car, Dezia Campos, 17, of Pasco. The three were treated and later released from the hospital.

The crash is under investigation.
