What else would one expect from a liberal with power?

When the punishment doesn't fit the crime or justice is delayed with possibility of there never being justice in this life, then murderers or potential murderers are emboldened to commit their evil deeds.

If DNA evidence proves guilt or it is a case of "caught in the act," then the death penalty should be administered without appeal and no suspension of the death penalty.

I wonder what his action would be if one of his loved ones had been brutally murdered. Liberals sympathize with evil beings instead of the victims.
