Volunteers sought for Project Literacy

By The Tri-City HeraldFebruary 21, 2014

Elementary schools in Pasco are in search of volunteers willing to participate in Project Literacy, a reading program for students.

Volunteers are asked to commit at least a half hour per week with their child for the duration of the school year. No special skills are required, though it is strongly encouraged that volunteers be bilingual.

To learn more or to apply, call Diane or Wionnia at 547-6607.
