Letter: Bush the dictator?

Can you imagine what would happen if G.W. Bush said as president, "I can do whatever I want," and does exactly that by continuing to change a law (such as Obamacare) without congressional approval? The front page headline in the majority of newspapers in this country would be as big and bold as the disputed concrete letters of Richland High School stating, "Bush the dictator."
