Letter: Tri-City community enriched by arts

February 12, 2014

I would like to thank all those associated with the Community Concerts of the Tri-Cities for the work they do to provide uplifting entertainment.

This is the third year I have purchased season passes for my family. The most recent performance was at the Richland High School auditorium on Feb. 4 and featured dancers from the Eugene Ballet Co. I was inspired by their artistry and skill. They masterfully showcased God's greatest creation: his children.

While I hope we will someday have a world class performing arts center in the Tri-Cities, I am grateful for the venues we do have and the opportunity they provide to showcase the arts. I will continue to support the Community Concerts series and other performing arts. They truly make a valuable contribution to our quality of life in the Tri-Cities.
