Talk to be on Richland historic street project

Kim Edgar Miles will give a talk called, "The Story of Historic Street Project in Richland," at the Thursday meeting of Columbia River chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

The meeting starts at noon at O'Callahans Restaurant at the Shiloh Inn, 50 Comstock St., in Richland.
