Two people hurt in rollover near Prosser

— A Sunnyside woman and her Kennewick passenger were hospitalized late Wednesday after their car went off the interstate and rolled east of Prosser.

Lucy A. Reis, 32, was driving a 1996 Honda Accord west on Interstate 82 near Gibbon Road when she drove off the left side of the road about 10:45 p.m., said the Washington State Patrol. The car can to rest on the Gibbon Road off-ramp.

She was wearing a seat belt but was injured and taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center.

Her passenger, Brion R. Grigsby, 54, also had a seat belt on but was hurt and taken to Kadlec.

The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
