Benton County gets new deputy

Tri-City HeraldFebruary 5, 2014

— A new deputy was sworn in Wednesday at the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Steve Keane read the Oath of Office to Natalie Griffin, officially making her the newest member of the sheriff’s office.

Griffin has three years of previous law enforcement experience and will be a patrol deputy after she completes training.

A position in the department opened when Cpl. Scott Winsor retired after 32 years of service, said Lt. Chuck Jones.
