Documentary 'Carbon Nation' to be shown Feb. 8 in Richland

Carbon Nation, a documentary, will be shown at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Richland Public Library, 955 Northgate Drive.

The film addresses the doom and gloom news about climate change and takes a more optimistic view on the crisis.

It is narrated by TV journalist Bill Kurtis, and the cast includes Virgin Group CEO Richard Branson, New York Times columnist Thomas L. Friedman, former CIA director James Woolsey, Green for All founder Van Jones, retired Army Col. Dan Nolan, geothermal pioneer Bernie Karl and founder of Earth Day Denis Hayes.

Admission is free, and all ages are welcome.
