Letter: Tire store's great service appreciated

January 29, 2014

I am so thankful for Commercial Tire. Manager Donny Chantler and crew offer A-1 customer service. I came for an oil change Nov. 12. I am handicapped. I asked them, "What's wrong with my car?" They gave me an estimate for fixing whatever was wrong with my car, so I could make a decision. They didn't try to sell me anything. Donny listened to me fret. Then I came back on Jan. 14 with my son's car for an oil change, tires quote and analysis of what is wrong with this car.

I was greeted with a the happy faces of employees Andrew and Sarah. I can offer only the highest recommendation for them. I asked, "How much are tires for my 1992 Lexus?" Their quote was cheaper than three other places in town.

Then Jan. 16, I had an oil leak. Went back, and smiling happy faces greeted me. I have a leak. They immediately fixed it.

I appreciate that they treated me with respect and not a dumb handicapped woman. I love the fact this company didn't sell me tires from the moment I walked in. What a nice place to bring my car to be serviced.
