A 67-year-old Benton City man was injured after his car rolled over Friday night on Highway 395, the Washington State Patrol reported.

Nicholas Joseph Deacy was southbound on Highway 395 when his 2002 Pontiac Grand Am left the roadway and rolled at 11:41 p.m. about 11 miles north of Pasco.

He was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland where he was treated and later released, a hospital spokeswoman said.

The WSP said Deacy faces negligent driving charges.
