January 25, 2014

A 67-year-old Benton City man was injured in a one car accident Friday on Highway 395 near milepost 37, the Washington State Patrol reported. Nicholas Joseph Deacy was southbound on Highway 395 when his 2002 Pontiac Grand Am left the roadway and rolled.

He was taken to Kadlec Medical Center where he was treated and released, a hospital spokeswoman said. The WSP said Deacy faces negligent driving charges.

Drugs or alcohol were not involved in the crash, the WSP stated.
