Letter: More to man's life than narcotics allegations

January 21, 2014

Well, the Herald has done it again, turned the tragic passing of a good man into a headline. Perhaps if it would have taken the time to learn about Kenneth French, the Herald would have learned what a compassionate, community-oriented, family man he was. That's the real story.

Did anyone for one moment consider the added pain the Herald's headline-grabbing greed has caused his family? I think not. Shame on all of you. The Herald owes nothing short of a public (yes, published) apology to those who love him and know the truth of who he was.
