Economic outlook event planned next week

Wednesday is the last day to register for the 15th annual Tri-Cities Economic Outlook and save a $10 late fee.

The meeting, organized by Tri-City Development Council, is Jan. 29 at the Pasco Red Lion Hotel.

Registration is from 11:30 a.m. to noon.

Mark Eibel, director of client investment strategies for Russell Investments will talk during the luncheon, which is from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Other speakers include Ajsa Suljic, regional labor economist; Mike Kluse, director of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory; Don Sleight of AgReserves; Rand Wortman, CEO of Kadlec Regional Medical Center; and Jeff Losey, Tri-Cities Home Builders Association.

They will be speaking from 2 to 5 p.m.

Cost is $60 for lunch and the regional economic forecast for TRIDEC members, $75 for non-members for the lunch and speakers.

Cost for the lunch only is $35 for TRIDEC members, $45 for others.
