The dedication ceremony for a new sculpture in Richland's Parkway area was at 10 a.m. Friday.

A reception followed at Frost Me Sweet restaurant in the Parkway.

The sculpture, called "Tree of Seasons," is in the roundabout at Lee Boulevard in the Parkway. The canopy spins in the wind.

It was made possible through a partnership between the Richland Parkway Business Improvement District, the nonprofit Parkway farmers market and the city.
