Sustainable farming class to be held in Pasco

The Franklin County Extension office will provide a course on sustainable small acreage farming and ranching from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday evening beginning Feb. 20 and ending May 8.

The class will be at the extension office, 1016 N. Fourth Ave. in Pasco.

This course aims to equip local small farmers and ranchers with the knowledge and skills to assess the potential of their on-farm enterprise, and then apply farm management principles to their operation.
