Columbia Basin College to hold College Night

Tri-City HeraldJanuary 11, 2014

High school seniors and their parents are invited to attend College Night at Columbia Basin College at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Gjerde Center.

College Night is an opportunity for students and their families to learn about college life and how to prepare for higher education. The evening will feature keynote speaker Daphne Larios, CBC assistant for basic skills, as well as a financial aid presentation and a student panel to discuss the challenges and rewards of college life. Scholarships will be awarded to two high school students in attendance.

A career fair in the atrium will give students and parents a chance to learn more about the courses.
