Meredith and Garcia were working on installing two drinking fountains for the park with separate faucets for human or canine use. They said that the Tri-City Dog Park Society raised money for the drinking fountains. Winston is owned by Amanda Cowell of Kennewick and Winchester is owned by Egon and Sharon Flato of Richland.
