Tri-Cities Cancer Center plans stop smoking classes

January 6, 2014

The Tri-Cities Cancer Center is holding free tobacco cessation classes Wednesday and Jan. 23.

The classes include discussion of triggers and ways to beat them, as well as stress reduction and nicotine replacement therapy.

The e-cigarette will be demonstrated, and first-time participants will receive their choice of nicotine replacement patches or nicotine gum while supplies last, a news release said.

To sign up, call 737-3432 or go to and click on the Education tab and then "Events & Classes."
