Fast Focus: 'What is your Christmas wish this year?' One golden ring

December 21, 2013

It has taken me several days of pondering to figure out what I want for Christmas. World peace? Peace in the Middle East? A unified Congress? Elected officials who vote for the good of the country instead of party lines? I do wish for all this is some abstract way but what I want for Christmas is much more personal and selfish. I want a new wedding ring to replace the one I lost a few months ago.

We recently celebrated our 20-year anniversary and I was a bit sad to no longer have my ring. I have given up hope that I will find it and accept that I need to replace it. That's it. That's all!

Happy Christmas to all.
