Hermiston man rolls pickup on Interstate 82

— A 77-year-old Hermiston man was injured Friday morning when he rolled a pickup truck east of Kennewick, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Peter M. Strawick lost control of the Chevy Colorado on Interstate 82 near Coffin Road around 9:30 a.m., state patrol said. The truck went off the road and rolled onto its side.

Strawick was taken to Trios Health in Kennewick following the crash. He was treated at Trios before he was transferred to another hospital. Trios officials didn’t release what hospital Strawick was taken to.

Strawick was driving too fast for the road conditions, state patrol said. His pickup was towed from the scene.
