Letter: President should resign

December 15, 2013

I am very encouraged that the younger people of our country are no longer believing the president when he lies to the public about the so-called Affordable Care law. I hope even more will call him out on his behavior.

I encourage President Obama to take a long look in a mirror and think about what he has done to these United States over the last five years. I would encourage him to reflect on his record and admit to himself that he is a failure to this country. Maybe then he would consider resigning from office sooner rather than later.

The younger folks have seen him for what he is and that is why his approval ratings have slipped to record lows in the opinion of the those who are 18 to 29 years of age. It is an encouraging trend, and I applaud them for recognizing the mistake that was made. I also applaud them for admitting the error.
