Nonprofit head to speak Sunday in Richland

Dr. Lewis Zirkle, founder of SIGN Fracture Care International, will speak at 7 p.m. Sunday at Shalom United Church of Christ, 505 McMurray, Richland.

SIGN is a nonprofit based in Richland that designs and manufactures orthopedic surgical implants and provides them to under-resourced hospitals around the world. It also provides training for surgeons.
