Prevent Homeless Pets needs matching funds

Prevent Homeless Pets received an offer for a $10,000 matching donation if the nonprofit agency can raise $15,000 in public donations by Dec. 31.

The money will be used to spay and neuter unowned pets, as well as privately owned pets of qualified low-income individuals.
