Richland employees play Santa

By the Herald staffDecember 2, 2013

Toni Fulton, an administrative specialist for the Richland city attorney, carries an armful of Christmas gifts Monday to a van for delivery to area foster children through the Guardian Ad Litem program. It's the second year Fulton organized the program. This year, Richland employees donated 125 gifts, enough for about half of the Tri-City kids in foster care.
