CBC men's basketball goes 1-1 in tournament

Justin Smith scored a game-high 23 points and dished off six assists to lead the Columbia Basin College men’s basketball team past South Puget Sound 80-55 at the Pierce College Raider Thanksgiving Tournament on Saturday.

Mitchell Zapien added 15 points for the Hawks, who will play Shoreline at 11 a.m. today to finish the tournament.

On Friday, CBC lost to Bellevue 85-74.

Andrew Reddout had 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Hawks, while Steven Walter added 16 points and five boards.

Kennewick High graduate Reggie Clinton scored seven points and dished out three assists for Bellevue.
