UPDATE: Dayton schools starting at 10 a.m. because of threatening note

— Dayton schools will start late this morning after a threatening sign was found posted on the entry door of Dayton High School.

The campus will open at 10 a.m., a release said. Students are to only use the main entrances at the high school and Dayton Elementary School and classes will start at 10:15 a.m.

District officials have sought assistance from law enforcement in the incident.
