Kamiakin's Marshall signs with Seattle U

November 22, 2013

Kamiakin pitcher David Marshall has signed a letter of intent to play baseball for the University of Seattle.

Marshall, a lefthanded pitcher, was 5-3 with a 1.91 earned run average and 46 strikeouts in 55 innings in 2013.

“David is a workhorse,” said Seattle U pitching coach Elliott Cribby. “An amazing number caught our attention when recruiting him: He amassed over 120 innings pitched last year. To see this kid touching 87-88 mph in August told us that he possesses some serious arm strength.”
