Letter: Helping hands of strangers ease trauma after car wreck

November 14, 2013

On Nov. 1, my daughter Danielle and her two friends were involved in an automobile wreck. My daughter was driving and was seriously hurt but she had a lady hold her hand until she was placed in ambulance. Dani would like to thank the lady, and I too would like to thank her. Knowing that this kind lady took the time out of her day to comfort my daughter and keep her calm during a very scary time makes me feel a lot better!

Lady, you are a very special person -- Thank you! When the wreck happened, one of the girl's dog ran down road and another lady chased him down and returned him. Thank you! Two army guys came and kept her friends calm. Thank you!
