Fast Focus: 'Is Halloween over the top?' Matter of preference

Halloween is like any other holiday: It is what you make it. You can chose to buy into the costumes, candy and scary decor or you can simply close the curtains and ignore it.

There's no social mandate that everyone has to participate.

Do some people take it too far? Maybe. In those cases, the people involved should be held accountable for their actions.
