Kennewick bowlers win Invite

Kennewick won the Mid-Columbia Conference portion of the season’s opening Central Washington Invitational for girls bowling at Lake Bowl in Moses Lake on Friday.

The Lions — consisting of Savanna Jones, Ashlynn Osborn, Viktoriya Uvarova, Marta Schuldheisz and Daicee Singer — compiled 2,113 pins over two scratch games and four Bakers.

Kennewick had team scores of 744 and 692 after the first two contests, while the Lions had Baker scores of 126, 191, 177 and 183.

Richland finished in second with 2,087, while Chiawana was third at 1,810.
