Tri-City executives 'go to jail,' raise money for MD

Tri-City HeraldNovember 8, 2013

The Muscular Dystrophy Association plans its 15th annual "lock-in" fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday.

The fundraiser will be at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant, 845 N. Columbia Center Blvd., Kennewick.

Local business executives and civic leaders have volunteered to be "locked up for good," to be released only after the public has paid for their "bail."

Bail money and all other donations will help people in the region battling neuromuscular diseases.

The public is invited to come see the "prisoners" and make a donation toward the organization.
