— A 19-year-old Wall Walla woman was killed Thursday morning when the pickup truck she was driving drifted into oncoming traffic and collided with another truck, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Brandi M. Price died on the way to St. Mary’s Hospital in Walla Walla, state patrol said. No one else was in her Ford Ranger pickup.

Price was driving on Highway 125 north of Walla Walla when her truck crossed the center line and struck a Ford F 250 driven by Edward W. Onger, of College Place, state patrol said. Onger, 34, was not injured in the crash, which happened around 7 a.m.

Price was wearing her seat belt, state patrol said. Both trucks were totaled and towed from the scene.
