Kennewick Police Department presents merchant training to reduce holiday losses

Mike Blatman, Kennewick Police Department crime prevention specialist, teaches a class on reducing business losses from shoplifting, fraud and counterfeit currency to local merchants in preparation for the upcoming holiday shopping season.
