IHOP to offer kids free Halloween pancakes

IHOP restaurants in the Tri-Cities are offering trick-or-treaters 12 and younger a free scary face pancake on Halloween.

The pancakes will be served from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and have whipped cream, a strawberry nose, mini Oreo cookies and candy corn on the side.

An adult must be present for kids to get their pancake.
