4 apply for Pasco School Board opening

Tri-City HeraldOctober 25, 2013

— The Pasco School Board will interview four people Tuesday, then choose one for a vacancy on the board.

Kris Kennedy, Scott Lehrman, Emily Maloney and Avigail Sanchez have applied for the position being left by Ruben Peralta, who resigned in September for personal reasons.

The candidates will field questions from the board during the 3:30 p.m. public meeting. Board members will review the candidates’ responses in a closed-door session after the interviews, then return to an open meeting to take their vote.

The meeting is at the district’s administrative building at 1215 W. Lewis St.
