Man arrested for allegedly touching himself in front of Burlesque Brew employees

— A 57-year-old man was arrested Thursday after police say he touched himself inappropriately in front of employees at a Kennewick coffee shop.

Ralph L. Carnahan of Kennewick was booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of lewd conduct, said Sgt. Ken Lattin, Kennewick police spokesman.

The incident happend at Burlesque Brew on West Metaline Avenue, Lattin said.
