Election letter -- West Richland: Gerry

October 21, 2013

I am supporting Brent Gerry to be the next mayor of West Richland. As a former mayor of West Richland for 12 years, I believe I understand more than most what it takes to manage the city. This election is one of the most critical in West Richland's recent history. Supporters of Gerry's opponent have manufactured a series of falsehoods to hide the real issues facing the city. Flat Top Park is not going away, and honesty can be measured by the number of state audit findings the city has had over the past 20 years, which is none.

Gerry is a small-business owner who has the proven knowledge to manage a growing city with a $30 million annual budget. Gerry will preserve our rural environment and growth patterns of the past 20 years. Do not be fooled by the misleading "facts" advertised by the opposition. Get involved and vote Gerry for mayor.

JERRY A. PELTIER, West Richland
