Reward offered for man who failed to appear in court

Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers is seeking a 30-year-old man who has failed to appear at drug court hearings in Benton and Franklin counties.

Benjamin Isaac Lowe originally was charged with fraud and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

He is 6 feet tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information on his location.
