Man wanted for threatening people with a knife, police say

October 15, 2013

Kennewick Police are looking for a man they say left a house after threatening to stab and kill a man.

Jeremy J. Jessup, 32, got into an argument with family members at around 6 p.m. at a house in the 600 block of South Harrison Street in Kennewick, Kennewick Police Officer Dan Todd said in a news release. The victim then tried to intervene after Jessup became aggressive, placing himself between Jessup and the family member, Todd said.

Jessup then pulled a folding knife and threatened to kill the victim, Todd said. Jessup left the house once he heard police had been called.

Anyone with information on Jessup’s location is asked to call 911.
