Chancellor's exhibition opens Oct. 17 at WSU Tri-Cities

The opening reception for a semester-long exhibit of regional artwork starts at 5:30 p.m., Oct. 17, at Washington State University Tri-Cities in Richland.

The Chancellor’s Art Exhibition Series features 39 pieces by 24 artists based in the Mid-Columbia region. Chancellor H. Keith Moo-Young will be the featured speaker in the East Building, Room 228 conference room. Many of the artists present will be available to discuss their work and answer questions about the specific pieces. The artwork is on display through Dec. 23 in the East Building at WSU Tri-Cities, 2710 Crimson Way, Richland. This semi-annual juried exhibition series is designed to showcase the work of Mid-Columbia artists, including digital images, drawings, paintings, photography, sculptures, ceramics, and glass.
