Audobon Society plans to have bird seed sale Saturday

October 9, 2013

The Lower Columbia Basin Audobon Society will have its annual bird seed sale and information day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Members will be available to answer questions, including about feeding birds in the winter.

The event is at Columbia Grain and Feed, 2001 W. Lewis St., Pasco. The store buys seeds in bulk to offer a good price during the event and then donates a portion of the proceeds to the Audobon Society for its work in the community.
