Blowing dust forecast for Tri-Cities Monday

— Patches of blowing dust are in the forecast for the Tri-Cities Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

Dry weather with wind gusts of up to 30 mph will be stirring up the dust, according to the weather service.

Sustained wind speeds of 6 to 21 mph are predicted after 11 a.m. Monday and continuing into the night.
