Nearly $40,000 in construction equipment stolen from Kennewick company

— Around $40,000 worth of construction equipment was recently taken from a Kennewick construction company.

A 2006 John Deere tractor and yellow flatbed trailer were taken on Saturday from a property at 1107 S. Highland Drive. The equipment belonged to R-2 Construction.

Police are asking for the public’s help to try and locate the equipment.
