pasco fire ainsworth

A fire destroyed one of four units at 911 W. Ainsworth St. in Pasco on Sunday afternoon. Abraham Rodriguez, his wife Claudia and their three children were home and Rodriguez says smoke started coming out of a hallway closet. Everybody evacuated and nobody was injured in the fire. Pasco fire Battalion Chief Dave Hare said the other upstairs unit suffered smoke damage and the downstairs ones had water damage. All residents will be displaced. The cause is under investigation.
