Women Who Pray to honor Pasco woman

Mother Delores Groce of Pasco will be honored by Women Who Pray at a 2 p.m. surprise celebration today at the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

She has been named the 2013 Phenomenal Woman recipient for the state. Women Who Pray is a national and international intercessory prayer ministry.

Evangelist Carolyn J. Hood of Seattle, founder of the group, will present the award and speak during the celebration.

All women are asked to wear black.

The church is at 630 S. Waldemar St., Pasco.
