Free breast, cervical cancer screenings planned

Free breast and cervical cancer screenings are planned in October in Richland and Kennewick.

The Tri-Cities Cancer Center is teaming up with Kadlec Clinic and Kennewick General Hospital to offer the screenings to uninsured and underinsured women ages 18 to 64.

The Richland screening is from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 5 at Kadlec Clinic Associated Physicians for Women, 945 Goethals Drive, Suite 200.

The Kennewick screening is from 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 18 at KGH's Medical Mall, 521 N. Young St.

Appointments are required and are expected to fill quickly. To sign up, call 737-3420.
