Stolen car from Pasco had meth, scale, packaging inside

Methamphetamine, a digital scale and packaging material were found inside a stolen car parked at a Kennewick house.

Police spotted the car Tuesday in the driveway of 408 S. Olympia St., said Kennewick police Sgt. Ken Lattin. The car was reported stolen from Pasco.

There were three people inside the car when detectives arrived, Lattin said. Kelli D. Loomis, 26, was arrested and booked into the Benton County jail.
