Non-verbal communication to be topic of Oct. 8 event

Kalle Hyrkas, an authorized Occupational Safety and Health Administration instructor for the University of Washington, will be the speaker at the Oct. 8 American Society for Quality meeting.

He will discuss "Non-Verbal Communications: Can You Hear Me Now?"

The meeting will be at the Shilo Inn in Richland.

Check-in is at 5:30 p.m., dinner is at 6 p.m. and the presentation is at 6:45 p.m. Cost is $20 for members and $24 for others. Cost to hear the presentation only is $5.
