'Business magic' conference planned

John Formica will bring his "Gearing for Business Magic" conference to the Tri-Cities Sept. 25-27.

The conference will be at the Hampton Inn in Richland and begin daily at 8 a.m. and continue until 6 p.m., with an intermission for lunch.

The seminars focus on attracting more customers, creating customer loyalty for life, finding the right employees, competing with and beating out the competition and transforming your work environment into a "magical" experience.

John Formica is a popular business coach with more than 25 years of experience in management and business leadership skills.

There will be a dinner on Sept. 27. The Hampton Inn is at 486 Bradley Blvd., off George Washington Way.

Cost is $247 per day and includes lunch. Or, for $497 you can attend all three seminars, have lunch, a VIP dinner on Friday and get extra handouts.
